Why isn’t it called “teeth brushing?”
This article points out two mistakes that are very common related to tooth brushing. And I’ve been making one of them.

I knew that one should wet their toothbrush before putting toothpaste on. I generally remember to do that.
What I didn’t know is that you shouldn’t rinse your mouth with water after brushing, since you don’t want to rinse away some of the protective fluoride. I’ll try not making that mistake again.
If one feels the need to rinse after brushing… maybe that means one should change to a toothpaste with a different taste?
